Join us for a rich weekend of curious adventures woven seamlessly into a transformational journey that will expand your mind, open your heart, rejuvenate your body, and inspire your soul. Whether you are interested in pursuing the entire facilitator training or are simply interested in personal growth and healing, this training is for you.
This is your opportunity to taste the depth and potency of the practices Nūma Somatics offers. It provides the space and time to dive more deeply into your own personal journey, helping to resolve old burdens and foster clarity in life, while also serving as an introduction to the art and science of breathwork as a facilitated, therapeutic practice.
In this training, you will:
experience a confidential, loving healing space
learn how your body's tensions and habitual breathing patterns may be representative of your stored stress and trauma
foster deep relaxation, resolve stress, and increase energy
cultivate clarity of mind, heightened awareness and connection to self, other, and life
learn foundational principles, theories, and practices that are key to safe and effective breathwork facilitation
I wanted to sincerely thank you for this incredible weekend. I felt so held and supported, and I absolutely loved each day. The facilitators were so skilled at holding space and I feel so lucky to have experienced such profound shifts in such a safe and sacred space. The facilitators intuition and ability to feel into what I needed when facilitating the breathwork was amazing!
