Integrative Breathwork Therapy
Nūma Somatics **Online option available**
Integrative Breathwork Therapy
Nūma Somatics is an opportunity to engage the incredible clarifying and healing power of your primary life force… breath. Nūma Somatics sessions provide a supportive, nourishing space for you to relax and work deeply with a dynamic breathing technique to resolve old, restrictive breathing patterns and, potentially, any old physical, mental and/or emotional patterns that are associated with those breathing patterns. Nūma Somatics incorporates Nūma Breathwork, Somatic Therapeutics, Sound Therapy, and more to support all aspects of your being.
Somatic Experiencing® **Online option available**
Trauma and it's many symptoms can have a deeply troubling impact on all aspects of a person's life. Somatic Experiencing® is a gentle, mindful approach to therapy that provides the opportunity to renegotiate residual trauma responses that live on in a person well beyond the experience(s) that provoked the traumas. Your Somatic Experiencing® session will be a collaboration. Together, we will become curious about the challenges you're experiencing and explore and experiment with new ways to approach and resolve them. Each session is another step in transforming your life.
Chi Nei Tsang
Chi Nei Tsang is a traditional oriental bodywork that focuses primarily on abdominal massage and energy work to clear tissue restrictions and stagnant, congested energy from the internal organs while invigorating and harmonizing their functioning. In the process, due to the interwoven nature of the bodymind, other areas of the physical, mental, and emotional body may experience an associated unwinding, releasing, enlivening, and harmonizing.
Meridian Sound Therapy
Acutonics® is essentially acupuncture without the needles; it is a specialized method of vibrational sound healing that uses Chinese Medicine’s diagnostic techniques to ascertain the potential underlying causes for your symptoms. Your treatment is then performed with precision-calibrated tuning forks that generate unique frequencies known to have particular effects on the bodymind. These vibrational frequencies are strategically applied to select acupuncture points and meridians to produce positive therapeutic benefits.
What is Nūma Breathwork?
An opportunity to just be you - in a way that may redefine who you think you are.
It's a journey inwards with your breath as guide and healer to open and clear the pathways to health and well-being on all levels of your being. It's an exploration of the continuum of your body, beliefs, emotions, and those impossible to describe numinous realms.
It's a dynamic, conscious breathwork practice strategically blended with movement explorations, bodywork, inquiry, and sound healing (via didgeridoo, medicine drums, shakers, tibetan bowls, and more) to support the resolution and integration of stagnant physical, mental, and emotional states while providing deep nourishment and relaxation.
Nūma Breathwork is an experiential and powerful catalyst for personal transformation.
I began practicing breath work with Trevor in 2011. It has been some of the most transformational work on my spiritual journey. Trevor is passionate about the healing process of the body through his modality of breath and body work combined. He is a very intuitive and skilled healer; I trust his knowledge and wisdom. My practice with Trevor continues as he takes me deeper into a state of knowing and trusting myself and others. He has taught me what it means to feel safe within my skin, for that, I am forever grateful.

What I Do
My therapeutics and wellness sessions are space and time for you; for your healing and well-being. They are the space and time for relaxing, listening, compassion, care, trust, self-expression, self-empowerment, and self-investigation. They are an ever-evolving blend of complementary/ alternative medicine practices that are offered in the spirit of Holism - the perspective that all aspects of existence are fundamentally, inseparably woven together. Through Nūma Breathwork, Somatic Experiencing®, Chi Nei Tsang, Acutonics®, listening, and inquiry we encounter the possibility of penetrating the symptomatic surface to explore and address the broader patterns of disharmony that are possibly expressing as your experienced symptoms.
At times a treatment may simply appear to be the releasing and/or realigning of parts of the physical body. At other times patterns and roots may become evident and we will meet at the boundaries of old beliefs and concepts, a living inquiry catalyzed by an invitation to meet yourself in an unexpected way.
